  • All orders get Free Standard Shipping (4-7 days)
  • Expedited Shipping (2-4 days) - $17.95

Matcha Sunday LLC is not responsible for any shipments affected by customs, force major events, transfers from one carrier to another in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any other extra fees, customs or charges related to your shipment.

Returns & Exchanges:

Due to food safety regulations, all matcha and consumable products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped. Because we cannot guarantee the safety or integrity of food products after they have left our facility, we are unable to accept them back or resell them.

If you are unsatisfied with your matcha purchase, please contact us at info@matchasunday.com and we will work with you to make it right.

For non-consumable items (accessories, teaware, etc.), we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in their original condition — unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Matcha Sunday LLC reserves the right to charge additional fees if the return does not meet this criteria. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
