This is the top of our range, a step above our Ceremonial Grade. Grown from 100% Okumidori, a prized Japanese cultivar celebrated for its vivid green color and exceptionally smooth, sweet flavor. Shade grown and stone ground into an ultra fine powder, it whisks into a silky, jade green cup that is rich in umami, with none of the bitterness of lesser grades.
