This Iced Matcha Latte recipe in 4 steps is simple, but mighty. Most importantly, you need high quality matcha.
Sift 1/2 to 1 tsp of matcha sunday into a bowl. Make sure there are no clumps, to guarantee a smooth matcha.
Add 6oz of hot water and whisk in a Z shape for about 45 seconds until frothy.
Alternatively, you can also use an electric whisk for about 15 seconds.
Mix your matcha with some milk and Ice and voila.
Optional: Add sweetener such as honey, maple syrup or vanilla syrup.
